What is actually the cable chain?
Cable chain is used to carry and shield cables, hydraulics, pneu- matics and other hoses. It regulates the motion of hoses to defend them from intertwining, twisting and hurt. 销链输送机
滚子链和摩擦传动的选择取决于使用环境。滚子链更耐污，更适合输送散装物料。枢轴链则专为输送高散装物料而设计。理想情况下，两轴中心距应为链节距的30至50倍。链轮尺寸取决于使用环境，这也决定了链条的疲劳强度和耐磨性。
滚子链更能耐受污浊环境。
传动链和滚子链之间存在一些关键区别。最显著的区别在于材料。传动链通常比滚子链更耐用。然而，两种链条都容易在脏污环境中使用。虽然传动链有时用于重型作业，但滚子链通常用于更脏污的环境。事实上，当作业环境非常脏污且链条需要在轨道上滑动时，通常会使用传动链。
滚子链上使用的新型润滑剂会吸附灰尘和其他碎屑到链条表面，阻止润滑剂进入链条的承载部件，例如铰链板、衬套和滚子。当灰尘被吸入这些部件时，润滑剂和灰尘会形成磨蚀性糊状物，加速磨损。
免润滑滚子链能更长时间保持清洁，因此更易于在卫生要求严格的区域进行选型和安装。CZPT免润滑滚子链符合NSF-H1润滑标准。然而，对于不太可能接触食品的区域，润滑滚子链仍然适用。
不锈钢滚子链具有极强的耐酸、耐碱和耐低温性能。由于不锈钢比碳钢软，润滑剂在防止污垢进入链条方面效果不佳。不锈钢滚子链的强度高于普通链条，但不如碳钢链条。如果在非常脏污的环境中使用滚子链，建议使用不锈钢链条。
链轮传动比摩擦传动效率更高
本发明涉及一种比传统链条更高效的轻型双头链。该双头链采用模锻钢棒制成，大致呈弧形链节。这种方法避免了因弯曲而导致的剪切强度损失，并最大限度地减少了焊接部分。该双头链重量轻，且具有很强的抗疲劳损伤能力。
这种链条采用铆钉式设计。铆钉式设计可提供更高的抗拉强度并防止缠绕。每个铆钉均采用模锻工艺制成，通常呈字母“e”或“th”形状。但是，并非每个铆钉都必须具有相同的横截面形状。根据应用的不同，可以使用不同的横截面形状。
由于链条中的链钉是一体式的，因此螺栓链比摩擦传动链效率更高。螺栓链节能够承受较大的断裂。它广泛应用于输送链和渔业领域。对采用SBC材料制成的船用链条进行了磨损测试。结果表明，螺栓链比摩擦传动链效率更高。其应用范围正在迅速扩大。
双头链条在高负载应用中效率更高。其内部宽度上布满凸耳，可防止链条扭结。这种链条常用于重型起重机械。其他类型的链条包括滚子链、动力传动链和衬套滚子链。这些类型的链条也广泛应用于摩托车、自行车和运输领域。除了效率更高之外，带凸耳的链条也比摩擦传动链磨损更少。
一项关于磨损率与摩擦时间差异的研究表明，链轮传动比摩擦传动更高效。试验开始时测量摩擦条的直径，6小时后取下摩擦条，重复10080次，并拍摄直径相同的照片。作为临界值，摩擦条的直径小于传统链条的直径。这表明本发明比摩擦传动具有更好的耐磨性。
专为输送散装产品而设计的轴链
枢轴链是一种用途广泛的输送机，适用于多种应用。其特点是低背式、小背板间距和后开口设计，可防止物料粘附在连接处造成运转不畅。不锈钢和碳衬套销链没有预旋转滚轮。相比之下，斗式提升机不使用枢轴链。
