1)We have hundreds of design for roller Disc and CZPT material like SUS304&SUS430&PA6&PA66 etc.Hundreds punching mould serve for disc.
2)Our bearings lifttime is around 2 years more CZPT er than CZPT competitors in the market.Special seal called AS which can bear more than 200°C. Comparing normal rubber seal can only bear 130°C.V-groove with inner ring prevent grease leaking.
3)oil bush from L-arm housing design with black oxide coating.It can effectively prevent rusty and expand lifetime .
4)Roller disc can rotate very smooth and steady in the track.
