Approach of Procedure
The containers are picked up by the infeed starwheel and transferred to the container desk. The container rotation begins when they are positioned amongst container plates and centering bells.
The pace of the feed roller is modified to the required label duration for continuous web pressure. A normal threading unit ensures optimal movie feed. In the slicing device, the labels are exactly lower while a PLC command and servo-motor offer an specific cut-off stage.
Two narrow strips of hotmelt glue the labels collectively, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the foremost and trailing label edges.
