Machine Framework
The equipment is composed by a few symmetrical roller, the upper roller is in the central vertical place over two base rollers for vertical up and down movement, the bottom rollers get the conversion motion by the screw rod and screw nut worm travel. The up roller is engaged with the bottom gear by the output equipment of the reducer. The equipment is in a full complete composition, The functioning element, the primary transmission part are geared up in 1 bottom rigid welded base, be hassle-free for set up and commissioning.
The working portion
The doing work component is composed by up roller euipment, bottom rollerequipment, up roller push products, equilibrium gear, overturned part, device human body, and bottom base.
1.1 The up roller equipment
The up roller gear is composed by up roller, CZPT Block, SF-two composite bearing and so forth.

The bottom roller gear is composed by base roller, base roller input equipment, SF-two composite bearing etc.
1.3 The up roller push tools
The up roller push equipment is composed by primary motor, reducer, the worm gear construction, screw lifting mechanism etc.

The equilibrium gear is composed by abutment, screw, adjustment nut and so forth.

Overturned part is composed by inverted body, hand shank etc.

The device is welded body, the dependent is weld assembly via annealing tension.
