CC KLASSE CC600 KISTTRANSPORTKETTINGEN

The CRATE CONVEYOR CHAIN is constructed in malleable iron with generous wearing surfaces and the steel connecting pins are riveted flush with the side bars to enable the chain to slide freely in 2.5″channel guides . the chains are designed to flex sideways round a 3′ -o· minimum recommended radius. Although a 1′ -9″ radius can be negotiated.the greatest chain life will be achieved by employing the largest possible radius . They will operate in both horizontal and inclined planes and are generally employed in double strand.being used principally for handling cases of bottles and individual large cans or containers and crates. 
Manufactured in HZPT CHAINS, with a tensile strength range from 6,000to 15,000 pounds, CC CLASS CRATE CONVEYOR CHAINS is carefully cored for pitch accuracy with smooth bearing surfaces that reduce •break-in” wear causing pitch elongation. 
CRAATTRANSPORTKETTINGEN zijn van CZPT met een steekbereik van 2,5 tot 4,00 inch en een compleet assortiment tandwielen van Brutaloy of gegoten staal. 
Als aandrijfketting is de CC-klasse pintel ontworpen om te bewegen in de richting van het tonvormige uiteinde van de schakels; als hef- of transportketting moet de bewegingsrichting naar de open uiteinden van de schakels zijn. 
All CC CLASS CRATE CONVEYOR CHAIN is manufactured according to manufacturer’s standards and is completely interchangeable.
