3. Can you make casting according to CZPT drawing?
Ja, we kunnen gietstukken maken volgens uw tekening, 2D-tekening of 3D CAD-model. Als u een 3D CAD-model kunt aanleveren,
De ontwikkeling van de gereedschappen kan efficiënter verlopen. Maar ook zonder 3D kunnen we op basis van 2D-tekeningen nog steeds de juiste prototypes maken en goedkeuren.

4. Can you make casting based on CZPT samples?
Ja, we kunnen op basis van uw monsters metingen verrichten om tekeningen te maken voor de matrijsfabricage.

5. Welk kwaliteitscontrolemechanisme gebruikt u intern?
We beschikken over een spectrometer om de chemische eigenschappen te monitoren, een trekproefmachine om de mechanische eigenschappen te controleren en ultrasoon onderzoek (UT) als niet-destructieve testmethode (NDT) om gietfouten onder het oppervlak te detecteren.
