2. Quelles sont vos conditions de paiement habituelles ?
Paiement par virement bancaire (T/T 30%) pour dépôt et par virement (T/T 70%) contre documents, Western Union ou lettre de crédit à vue.
3. Quel est votre délai de livraison pour vos marchandises ?
Normalement, 35 jours après confirmation de la commande. Un délai de 30 jours peut être disponible en basse saison pour certains articles (de mai à juillet), et de 45 jours pendant la nouvelle année et la haute saison (de janvier à mars).
4. Échantillons
Pour les clients qui ont besoin d'un échantillon pour confirmation avant de passer commande, veuillez noter que la politique suivante sera adoptée :
1) Tous les échantillons sont gratuits, leur valeur maximale ne dépassant pas 100 USD.
2) Les frais d'envoi du premier échantillon sont à la charge du destinataire. Nous expédierons les échantillons avec un envoi à votre charge. Veuillez donc nous communiquer votre numéro de compte FedEx, UPS, DHL ou TNT afin que nous puissions procéder à l'expédition rapidement.
3) Les frais de messagerie initiaux seront totalement déduits de la valeur du contrat de coopération à titre d'essai.
