(Tento efekt se zhor\u0161uje nespr\u00e1vn\u011b napnut\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzem, ale je nevyhnuteln\u00fd bez ohledu na ve\u0161kerou p\u00e9\u010di). Opot\u0159ebovan\u00e9 zuby (a \u0159et\u011bz) nezaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed plynul\u00fd p\u0159enos rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzu, co\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee projevit hlukem, vibracemi nebo (u automobilov\u00fdch motor\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch rozvodov\u00fd \u0159et\u011bz) zm\u011bnou \u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed zapalov\u00e1n\u00ed pozorovanou kontrolkou rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzu. V t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech by se m\u011bla vym\u011bnit jak \u0159et\u011bzov\u00e1 kola, tak \u0159et\u011bz, proto\u017ee nov\u00fd \u0159et\u011bz na opot\u0159ebovan\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzov\u00fdch kolech nevydr\u017e\u00ed. Jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed metodou, vhodnou zejm\u00e9na pro u\u017eivatele kola nebo motocyklu, je pokusit se odt\u00e1hnout \u0159et\u011bz od v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho ze dvou ozuben\u00fdch kol a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zajistit, aby byl \u0159et\u011bz napnut\u00fd. Jak\u00fdkoli v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pohyb (nap\u0159. umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed vid\u011bt skrz mezeru) pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nazna\u010duje opot\u0159eben\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzu na hranici jeho maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed. Pokud se probl\u00e9m ignoruje, dojde k po\u0161kozen\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzu zp\u016fsoben\u00e9mu CZPT. Opot\u0159eben\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzu zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 CZPT tento efekt ru\u0161\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee maskovat opot\u0159eben\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzu.<\/p>\n<h3>\n<p><strong>PEVNOST \u0158ET\u011aZU<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem pevnosti v\u00e1le\u010dkov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzu je pevnost v tahu. Pevnost v tahu vyjad\u0159uje, jak\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u0159et\u011bz snese p\u0159i jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, ne\u017e se p\u0159etrhne. Stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 jako pevnost v tahu je \u00fanavov\u00e1 pevnost \u0159et\u011bzu. Kritick\u00fdmi faktory \u00fanavov\u00e9 pevnosti \u0159et\u011bzu jsou kvalita oceli pou\u017eit\u00e9 k v\u00fdrob\u011b \u0159et\u011bzu, tepeln\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzu, kvalita v\u00fdroby rozte\u010dn\u00fdch otvor\u016f v \u010dl\u00e1nkov\u00fdch desk\u00e1ch a typ brokov\u00e1n\u00ed a intenzita pokryt\u00ed brokov\u00e1n\u00edm na \u010dl\u00e1nkov\u00fdch desk\u00e1ch. Faktory CZPT mohou zahrnovat tlou\u0161\u0165ku \u010dl\u00e1nkov\u00fdch desek a konstrukci (obrys) \u010dl\u00e1nkov\u00fdch desek.
